Samuel Potter | Founding Director

Sam has supported a range of franchise and commercial property projects, delivering network growth strategies, trade-area analysis and competitor mapping to improve location decision-making.

His work focuses on site selection, demographic analysis and long-term growth planning for operators and investors across leisure-led sectors.

Sam’s career as a property analyst began as a producer of Place Advisory’s bespoke Apartment magazines . Since then, he has focused on commercial property, producing a 10-year strategic growth plan for Burger Urge using detailed trade-area and demographic analysis.

He holds a Master of Valuation and Property Development from Bond University, and a Bachelor of Business (Property) from Griffith University.
Where appropriate, Leisure Analytics engages select programmers for machine learning (required for our custom membership and/or turnover forecast services), as well as independent QA professionals to support specific technical components of assignments.
